Unfortunately all our products are custom items and we cannot accept returns. If you do have an issue regarding the quality of your order then please contact us.

We provide FREE shipping on most items. We use a number of courier companies to deliver your order on time.

We use FedEx, DHL, Parcel Force and a number of local couriers.

We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and most of mainland Europe.

This depends on your product. Different items have different lead times. Most of our items can be ordered for a 1 day production. If you require this service please contact us before ordering.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also accept payment via bank transfer. You will find our payment details on your invoice. Please note that if paying via bank transfer production may not start until funds have cleared. You may contact us at any time to check the status of your bank transfer.

HulaPrint.com is fully encrypted and protected. We never store your payment details. So don’t worry about anything going wrong. If you would like to pay over the phone using your card please feel free to call our office on : 02896 00 51 01

You can select any of our products above, then just select your variation of that product and quantity. If you are unsure about using our site, you can always call us and we can guide you through it.

We also accept orders over the phone.

You can cancel or change your order but this must be done before we approve your artwork. We usually approve artwork within 1 hour. So if you notice a mistake then please get in touch with us as soon as you can.
If your artwork is approved and sent to print then unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order.
